The Engineer in Chief's Branch at General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi is inviting sealed quotations from reputable IT firms experienced in supplying IT equipment and accessories. The procurement is specifically for a Plotter with a quantity of 01 Nos. Items being procured: - Plotter (01 Nos) Detailed specifications for the Plotter can be obtained free of cost from the Research & Support Directorate (IT Cell) at Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ Rawalpindi or downloaded from the MES website (www.mes.gov.pk). Prices quoted must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per prescribed rules. Firms must provide valid sales tax and income tax certificates and be active taxpayers listed with FBR (ATL). In case of any delay, liquidated damages of 1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the total order value will be charged.
