Supply of Linen, Furniture, Housing, Horticulture, Computer Items and Medical Equipment at PIMS Islamabad for FY 2026-27

The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of the PPRA Rules 2004 for various supply categories for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Supply of Linen Store items for FY 2026-27 - Supply of Furniture Store items for FY 2026-27 - Supply of Housing Keeping Store items for FY 2026-27 - Supply of Horticulture items for FY 2026-27 - Supply of Computer Store items for FY 2026-27 - Provision and installation of Spare Parts for 30-Beds Mortuary at PIMS Hospital Islamabad for 1 year - Supply of Blood Bags, Anti-Sera, Kits and Disposable items for Blood Bank PIMS on annual contract basis for FY 2026-27 - Supply of Surgical Disposable Items & Suture Material on annual contract basis for FY 2026-27 & 2027-28 (Bulk Purchase) - Purchase of Blood Bag Shakers for Blood Bank at PIMS (2nd time) - Purchase of Tube Welder for Blood Bank at PIMS (2nd time) - Installation of Fully Automated Hemoglobin Electrophoresis on Reagent/Rental basis for 3 years at Hematology Section of Pathology Department PIMS (3rd time) The scope covers supply and installation of medical and hospital-related items including linen, furniture, horticulture, computer equipment, and specialized medical devices at PIMS Islamabad. The mortuary spare parts and blood bank equipment require technical installation and maintenance. The contract includes bulk purchases and multi-year rental agreements for some items. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have ATL status, and demonstrate relevant experience. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 non-refundable, obtainable from the Accounts Branch PIMS after vetting. Tender schedules can be collected from the Purchase Department PIMS until 22-07-2026 13:00 hours. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS PPRA Website Version 2.0, with original CDR, undertaking on judicial paper, and tender receipt copy submitted physically by 11:00 AM on 23-07-2026 at Purchase Department PIMS G-8/3 Islamabad. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the Purchase Committee Meeting. Manual bids are not accepted.
