Supply of Liquid Medical Gas & Refilling of Cylinder

Mardan Medical Complex invites eligible and qualified firms for the supply of Liquid Medical Gas and refilling of cylinders in Mardan. Bidders must upload their bids on EPADS portal by 13/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured: - Supply of Liquid Medical Gas - Refilling of Cylinder The tender requires strict adherence to hospital specifications and rates. The contract period is one year. Firms must be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit original bid security as required. The bidder must provide workshop address, list of workers, and landline telephone number. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. Specifications and bidding documents are available on MMC-MTI, KPPRA websites, and EPADS. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014, with valid reasons. Bidders are advised to ensure their bids are typed on original prescribed letterhead, signed, stamped, and uploaded on EPADS. Handwritten or conditional tenders will not be accepted. Earnest money in the form of bid security must be submitted in favor of the Hospital Director, Mardan Medical Complex. Timely submission and compliance with all terms will enhance chances of success.
