Supply of Live Plants and Seeds by Agriculture Extension Balochistan Quetta

The Agriculture Extension Balochistan Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of live plants and seeds. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Live Plants & Seeds (Total Items Count: 4) The eligibility criteria require bidders to have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least 71,900,500 PKR in the previous 3 years and presence in active tax payer list with sales tax certificate. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are permissible. Submission of required bid security in case of non-compliance will lead to disqualification. The bidding firm must submit a valid germination test report from the Federal Seed Certification & Registration Department (FSC&RD) for each offered seed type including Moong, Mash, Masoor, and Gram, showing germination at or above the prescribed minimum standard. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call of 3% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
