Supply of Manufactured Vehicles & Accessories by Director General Excise & Taxation Balochistan

The Director General Excise & Taxation Balochistan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories. This procurement is specifically for the city of Quetta under the jurisdiction of the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Manufactured Vehicles & Accessories (Total Item(s) Count: 2) The bidding process mandates electronic submission only; no physical bids will be accepted. All bidders must be registered at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. The eligibility criteria require bidders to have 5 assignments of similar nature with a complexity of PKR 140,000,000 in the previous 3 years, a minimum turnover of PKR 120,000,000 in the last 3 years, and active tax payer status with valid tax certificates. Joint ventures are not permitted. A bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted as a deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The dealership must have a facility in Balochistan for timely repair and maintenance of vehicles and at least 5 years of experience in sales and after-sales service. Early delivery will be preferred.
