Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of material for repairing works at the Sindh Governor’s House Karachi for the fiscal year 2026-27. Eligibility criteria include documentary evidence of work of equivalent cost executed in the last 3 years, registration with FBR, NTN copy, Sindh Revenue Board sales tax registration, CNIC copy, income tax returns for the last three years, and a bank certificate showing creditworthiness. Additionally, bidders must submit an undertaking on stamp paper confirming no litigation or departmental rift and that the firm is not blacklisted. A 2% earnest money in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory with the bid submission.
The bidding documents can be obtained during office hours up to 29-07-2026 upon payment of the document cost of Rs. 1000. Bids will be received until 30-07-2026 at 1:00 PM and opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
