Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is procuring various materials as per tender enquiry number LE- /2. This procurement is specifically for suppliers who can provide goods meeting the technical specifications and standards required by SNGPL at their Lahore location. The scope includes supply of materials that conform to national and international standards, with emphasis on quality and reliability. The materials are to be delivered free at the specified stores or locations as per the delivery schedule.
Bidders must submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pak Rupees. The tender requires submission of a Technical Bid along with a Financial Bid, and all bids must be accompanied by an Earnest Money or Bid Bond as specified. Suppliers should have valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in supplying similar materials. The tender documents specify that manufacturers or authorized suppliers should participate, and proof of past supply or technical responsiveness to SNGPL tenders in the last five years is advantageous.
The closing date for submission is seven days after the publish date or as specified, with bids to be submitted at SNGPL's office in Lahore. Suppliers are advised to carefully prepare their bids, ensuring all technical literature and specifications are attached to avoid disqualification. One practical tip is to ensure the bid security is submitted in original form and within the validity period, as failure to do so will result in rejection. Also, bidders should note the requirement for Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee within 30 days of purchase order award.
This tender offers an opportunity for suppliers to engage with a major utility in Punjab, with clear terms on delivery, payment, and penalties for late delivery. Suppliers should also be aware of the Integrity Pact requirement for contracts valued at Rs. 10 Million or above, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the procurement process.
