Tender Description
Khyber College of Dentistry (MTI) Peshawar is procuring a wide range of medical, dental, IT, laboratory, and office supplies through e-bids via EPADS. The procurement includes minor equipment, IT equipment and computer accessories, dental materials, drugs and anesthesia such as Isoflurane and Sevoflurane, laboratory chemicals, dental minor instruments, surgical gloves, disposables, X-ray films, refilling of medical gas cylinders, other contingency items, building hardware, electrical and sanitary items, dressing and cotton, bedding clothing, office stationery, cat guts, spirit, uniforms and liveries, washing items, office furniture, and medicines and drugs. This comprehensive procurement aims to support the operational needs of the Khyber College of Dentistry in Peshawar.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration with EPADS is mandatory. Earnest money in the form of bid security must be submitted from a scheduled bank in favor of the Dean Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar. The bid security amounts vary by item category, ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 500,000. The original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Manager Purchase & Procurement KCD, Peshawar by June 30, 2026, 11:00 AM PST. Electronic bids must be uploaded on EPADS by the same deadline. Bids without earnest money will not be entertained.
