Supply of Medicine and Surgical Items for Social Services Medical Center RHQ Hospital Chilas

The Social Welfare Department Gilgit-Baltistan, through its Social Services Medical Center RHQ Hospital Chilas, invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors and well-reputed suppliers with relevant experience for the supply of medicine and surgical items for the financial year 2026-27 in Chilas. Items being procured: - Supply of Medicine/Surgical items Regular Lp fund/Zaakat and Bait Ul Mal Found. The procurement involves supplying medicines and surgical items to the hospital, ensuring availability for patient care as prescribed by doctors. The suppliers or medical stores should be located around the vicinity of RHQ Hospital Chilas to facilitate timely delivery and verification. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing medicines as per doctor prescriptions. The committee will physically verify the medical store of the successful bidder to ensure authenticity and capability. Eligibility criteria include submission of a refundable call deposit of 3% of the tender amount via bank draft in the name of the Social Welfare Officer Social Services Medical Centre (SSMC) RHQ Hospital Chilas. An attested affidavit on original stamp paper of less than Rs. 10/- must be attached to confirm the bidder is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization. Tender forms can be obtained on payment from the Social Services Medical Centre RHQ Hospital Chilas during office hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of Social Services Medical Centre RHQ Hospital Chilas by 26th August 2026 at 12:00 PM.
