The Medical Superintendent of District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral and Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral, invites online Re-Tenders through E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) from eligible, registered, licensed, and well-reputed Chemists/Distributors for the supply of medicines for patients under the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Medicines for Medical Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Surgical Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Dialysis Unit at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Eye & ENT Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Gynae Ward at Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral - Medicines for Paeds Ward at Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral The procurement requires that all bids be submitted exclusively through the E-PADS online portal by the prescribed deadline. The bidding process is governed by the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must ensure their Drug Sale License is verified by the concerned Drug Inspector of Lower Chitral; unverified licenses will lead to rejection. The successful bidder's medical store or drug sale outlet must be located within the hospital premises or within 100 meters to ensure immediate and uninterrupted availability of medicines to patients. Separate bids and Bid Security (CDR) are required for each category. The original Bid Security amounting to Rs. 300,000/- per category must be submitted in favor of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lower Chitral before the deadline. Cheque, Pay Order, or any other form of security will not be accepted. The rate quotation must be computerized on the letterhead of the firm or chemist; handwritten quotations are not accepted.
