Supply of Medicines, Laboratory Materials, General Store, Dental Items and Printing/Stationary Items for THQ Hospital Talagang

The Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Talagang, District Chakwal invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers and authorized sales & service dealers for the supply of various medical and general items for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Day to Day Local Purchase and Emergency Purchase Of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items/UHI Medicines/Zakat Medicine - Pathology/Laboratory Materials - Miscellaneous, General Store Items & Dental Items - Printing Material/ Stationary Items This procurement is for a framework contract covering essential medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory materials, dental items, and printing/stationary supplies. The scope includes supply to the hospital ensuring timely availability of quality products to support healthcare services. Eligibility criteria require all bidders to have active FBR/PRA taxpayer status and not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA as per Punjab Health and Population Department's policy and PPRA rules. For the local purchase of medicines and surgical items, bidders must have a valid CDSL issued on form 09 and must be located within the district of Chakwal. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope system (Technical & Financial) via the Punjab e-procurement system accessible at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Sealed bids must be delivered to the hospital office by 11:00 a.m. on 05-10-2026, accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Talagang.
