Supply of 40 Mine Detectors to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of 40 Mine Detectors to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. The delivery period for the supply is 12 months. Items being procured: - Mine Detector (40 Nos) Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of required documents including registration certificates, NTN certificate, proof of Go down, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC of MD, and certificates proving the firm is not blacklisted. Firms must also provide details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations and details of property/assets. Non-manufacturing firms or agents must provide verifiable certificates of original manufacturer or agency agreement. Original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs 2000/- for registered firms and Rs 2000/- for unregistered firms must be deposited in Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide a Bid Security of 5% (upper limit Rs 1.000 Million) along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract. The tender will be opened in the Tender Room of DGP (Army) in the presence of the firm's representative. The last date for collection of tender documents is 8 September 2026. Submission of bids is on 10 September 2026 at 1030 hrs, and the opening of bids will be on the same day at 1100 hrs.
