The quantity mentioned is an approximate requirement for the complete financial year, but purchase quantities may be increased or decreased based on immediate needs. Quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Delivery periods should be one month for local items and three months for imported items. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year will not be allowed to participate. Remaining shelf life or expiry of items must be at least 80% of total life at delivery time. Only firms registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will be accepted.
