Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of miscellaneous stationery material. This procurement is managed by the Procurement Department located at SNGPL Office, 04 Km Multan Khurd Dhok Tali Tarap Ada, Talagang, Punjab. The tender is specifically for authorized manufacturers, distributors, dealers, stockiest suppliers, and stockiest with valid authority letters. Participants must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2025-26. They must also be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue.
The scope includes supply of various stationery items as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to purchase tender documents by paying Rs. 1,000 in shape of Cash/CDR/SDR/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order in favor of SNGPL. The bid bond must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Bond issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on a non-judicial stamp paper in favor of SNGPL. Both tender documents and bid bond must be sent to the Procurement Department at the specified SNGPL office address.
The deadline for submission is 22nd May 2026 by 15:30 hours, with public opening of bids on the same day at 16:00 hours. Bids received without the required bid bond or tender documents will not be considered.
