Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Haripur invites bids for the supply of municipal items for the financial year 2026-2027 as per government policy. The procurement is to be conducted through an E-Auction process on the official website cfm.is.lgkp.gov.pk.
Items being procured:
- Municipal Moulding Haripur (Rs. 1,815,000)
- Sanitary Board Haripur (Rs. 635,000)
- Odd Office Haripur (Rs. 550,000)
- Lantern (Rs. 12,500)
- Solar House Haripur (Rs. 41,500)
- Municipal Moulding Dumping Well (Rs. 300,000)
- Mobile Chemical Haripur (Rs. 200,000)
The scope includes supply and delivery of these municipal items to TMA Haripur. The procurement requires bidders to deposit 5% earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) before the bid submission deadline. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated as per TMA Haripur regulations. The successful bidder must complete the supply within the stipulated time frame.
