This procurement is specifically for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad. The tender covers a comprehensive list of medical stores and medicines detailed in the attached Annex A, including various drugs and surgical disposables with strict adherence to quality and shelf life requirements. The medicines must have a minimum of 70% remaining shelf life at delivery, proper packaging, and clear labeling as per Drugs Act 1976. Delivery is scheduled from 1st July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with quarterly supply orders. Inspection and quality control will be conducted by the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot and related authorities. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with DGDP (permanent or provisional), NTN and GST registration, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status with FBR, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO certifications. Firms must not be blacklisted or have a history of supplying substandard or spurious drugs. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is mandatory, with amounts varying by firm registration status. The tender follows PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024). The tender closing date is **5th June 2026 at 1030 hours**, with bids to be submitted at Tender Box No. 206 at DP (Navy), Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad. Technical offers must be submitted in duplicate, and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes as per the two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the detailed instructions in the tender documents to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical and commercial documents are properly signed, stamped, and submitted in the prescribed format. Any deviation or incomplete documentation may lead to rejection. Also, ensure timely submission well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to late receipt. Maintaining compliance with DGDP registration and FBR ATL status is crucial for eligibility and payment processing.
