Supply of NRTC Brochures and Hand Bags

Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of various promotional and marketing materials for the National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) located in Haripur. Items being procured: - NRTC Brochure English Main with box (500 Nos) - NRTC Brochure Arabic Main with box (500 Nos) - NRTC Profile English (1000 Nos) - NRTC Profile Arabic (1000 Nos) - NRTC Profile Russian (1000 Nos) - NRTC Large Hand Bag Large 260 gsm card, UV (500 Nos) - NRTC Small Hand Bag Large 260 gsm card, UV (500 Nos) - Brochure 21x type small brochures (500 Nos) - NRTC Large Hand Bag Non-Woven Fabrics (500 Nos) - NRTC Small Hand Bag Non-Woven Fabrics (500 Nos) The procurement requires delivery to NRTC Haripur. The tendering process will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 electronic portal. Bidders must be active taxpayers and submit a bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0. Financial health documents and Ref Form #4 must be attached with the tender documents. Prices should be quoted in PKR and must specify taxes separately. Standard warranty applies. Bid validity is 90 days. Bids must reach the procurement office by 2nd November 2026 at 1430 hours. Opening of bids will occur the same day at 1500 hours. NRTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
