Supply of Office Furniture and Fixture Items for Senate Secretariat FY 2026-27

The Senate Secretariat Islamabad has allocated funds for procurement planned for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender invites bids for the supply of office furniture and fixture items specifically for the Senate Secretariat. Items being procured: - Office Furniture - Fixture Items The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure adopting the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the authority. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration in the specified format. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
