Tender Description
The Punjab Government Procurement Department in Lahore is inviting bids for the supply of office furniture and stationery items. This procurement is aimed at equipping various government offices with quality furniture and essential stationery to support administrative functions efficiently.
The scope includes supplying desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and other office furnishings along with a range of stationery items such as paper, pens, and printing materials. The delivery will be made to designated government offices within Lahore. Suppliers must ensure that all items meet the specified quality standards and comply with government procurement regulations.
Eligible bidders should possess a valid PEC registration in the relevant category and must be registered with the FBR and ATL. Experience in supplying similar goods to government departments during the current or previous financial year will be advantageous. An earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR is required to accompany the technical bid.
The submission deadline is clearly stated as 30th June 2024 at 23:59:59. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Punjab Government Procurement Department office in Lahore. Late submissions will not be entertained.
