Procurement of IT Equipment & Other Appliances for Suthra Punjab Authority

The Suthra Punjab Authority (SPA) invites bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment and other appliances. This procurement is for the SPA located in Lahore, Punjab. The bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) under rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-14 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method. Items being procured: - Laptops (Qty: 15 Nos) - Printer (Qty: 10 Nos) - Scanner (Qty: 5 Nos) - Water Dispenser (Qty: 5 Nos) - Small Fridge 2.3-2.5 CFT (Qty: 3 Nos) - 2 Door Fridge (Qty: 1 Nos) - Coffee Machine (Qty: 1 Nos) The technical specifications and terms of reference are provided in the bidding documents available on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. The estimated prices with taxes and corresponding bid security amounts are clearly listed for each lot. Bidders must submit bid security as per the specified percentages of the estimated price for each lot. Eligibility criteria include compliance with bidding documents, registration with FBR/ATL, and adherence to Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website by 1100 hours on or before November 19, 2026. Technical bids will be opened online at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid submission responsibility lies entirely with the bidder.
