Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is procuring office stationery and printing materials for its Lahore office. This procurement is aimed at ensuring smooth administrative operations by providing essential supplies such as paper, envelopes, printing inks, and other related items. The scope includes supply of high-quality stationery and printing consumables suitable for daily office use.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying office stationery to government departments or large organizations will be an advantage. Although no specific PEC category is required, suppliers should demonstrate capability to deliver within stipulated timelines and maintain quality standards.
The submission deadline is set for 7th July 2024 at 23:59:59. Interested bidders should prepare their Technical and Financial Bids carefully, including Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per tender requirements. Bids must be submitted to the procurement office of Lahore Development Authority before the closing date.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all documents, especially the Technical Bid, are complete and clearly demonstrate compliance with tender specifications. Incomplete or ambiguous submissions often lead to disqualification. Timely submission and adherence to the tender instructions will enhance chances of success.
