Tender Description
The Ministry of Industries & Production Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed firms located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for the supply of office stationery, toners/cartridges, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- Office stationery
- Toners/cartridges
- Miscellaneous items
Bidders are required to submit sealed envelopes containing their bids along with a bid security equivalent to Rs.300,000. The bids must reach the office of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Industries & Production, A-Block Podium, Pak-Secretariat, Islamabad by the deadline of 3rd September 2026 till 10:30 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Terms and conditions along with the detailed list of items can be obtained free of cost from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004.
Interested bidders should ensure their FBR registration and NTN compliance. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory. Timely submission is critical to avoid disqualification. Bidders are advised to carefully review the specifications and ensure all required documents accompany their bids for smooth evaluation.
