Supply of Official Uniform for 50 Personnel Forest Field Staff Khyber Forest Division

The Khyber Forest Division, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites tenders from well reputed contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) Sales Tax and Income Tax Authorities for the supply of official uniforms for 50 personnel/forest field staff. This procurement is part of the project titled Rehabilitation of Degraded Forests Through Nature-Based Solutions in Khyber Forest Division located in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Shalwar Qameez Plain Cloth (50 Sets) - Beret Cap Black (50 Nos.) - Forest Department Monogram (50 Nos.) - Service Chevrons (50 Pairs) - Shoulder Badges (50 Pairs) - Metallic Forest Cap Badge (50 Nos.) - Stars / Rank Insignia (50 Sets) - Black Service Belt (50 Nos.) - Waterproof Coat Olive Green (50 Nos.) - Jersey Olive Green (50 Nos.) - Boots Black Colour (50 Pairs) The uniforms must meet detailed specifications including fabric composition, durability, approved colors, and embroidery as per Forest Department standards. The successful bidder will take individual measurements of all personnel after issuance of the supply order and tailor each uniform accordingly. Tailoring and stitching charges must be clearly mentioned in the financial bid along with the uniform cost. Eligibility requires registration with KPRA, valid sales and income tax compliance, and submission of 2% Bid Security (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of PR8075 Divisional Forest Officer Khyber. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Bid Security' before the closing date and time. The tender submission deadline is 27th October 2026 by 12:00 PM at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division, Forest Complex Shami Road Peshawar. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. All bids must be signed and stamped by an authorized person. Taxes including KPRA taxes will be recoverable as per government directives. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per KPRA rules.
