Supply of Pad Mounted Transformers and PVC Cables to IESCO Regional Stores

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids for the fiscal year 2026-27 from firms and manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC (formerly NTDC) and FBR, having valid prototype approval if applicable. The procurement is for supply on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. All materials must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The delivery is to be made to regional stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and have valid prototype approval where applicable. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled bank rated A+ or above in favor of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad. Bids must be submitted for the full quantity of each tender/lot/item; partial bids will not be accepted. The bid validity period varies from 60 to 148 days depending on the tender number. The tender opening dates are 28th July 2026 for tenders 32 to 38 and 29th July 2026 for tenders 39 to 45, with bid receipt deadlines at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM on the same days. Bidders should apply through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal and upload all mandatory documents.
