Supply of Paint at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW) invites suppliers to submit their tenders for the supply of paint on free delivery basis at KS&EW, Karachi. This procurement is managed by the Purchase Department of KS&EW located at West Wharf, Karachi. The tender number is LPR-13749 with a submission deadline of 03.08.2026 at 10:45 am. Items being procured: - Paint (as per attached specification of 01 Page) The paint must be brand new, packed in original packing, and have a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Each tin should clearly mention manufacturing, expiry, and batch numbers. Suppliers are required to provide a 12-month warranty in addition to the OEM warranty as per the enclosed Supplier Warranty Form. Delivery period is 15 days after issuance of the Purchase Order. Technical literature must accompany the offer. The material will be supplied free of cost at KS&EW Karachi. Eligibility criteria include NTN and GST registration, compliance with the enquiry specifications, and submission of earnest money of Rs.10,000 in the form of a Pay Order. The tender validity must be at least 60 days from the date of opening. Any alteration or overwriting in the tender will lead to rejection. Showing multiple prices or brands against one item is not acceptable. The tender opening will be public at 11:00 am on the closing date. Suppliers must arrange a security deposit of 5% of the ordered value within 7 days after tender acceptance. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason as per PPRA rules.
