The Directorate General Procurement (Army) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific items under PPRA rules. The procurement is based in Rawalpindi and aims to acquire parachute personnel and troop back equipment from the USA. Items being procured: - Parachute Personnel, Troop Back, USA (100 Nos) Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopies of registration certificates issued by DGDP and sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, proof of Go down, financial capability undertaking, CNIC of MD, bank statements, and certificates confirming no default or blacklisting by any government organization. Firms must also provide details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations and proof of manufacturing or agency agreements where applicable. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide a Bid Security of 5% (up to Rs. 1.0 Million) along with their offer. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
