Supply and Personalization of PayPak Hari Debit (EMV + NFC) Cards

Sindh Bank Limited Karachi invites bids for the supply and personalization of PayPak Hari Debit (EMV + NFC) Cards. The tender requires the supply of 500,000 PayPak Hari Debit Cards with EMV and NFC dual interface technology, including personalization services such as printing of name, PAN number, expiry date, embossing, indenting, tipping, chip and magnetic stripe encoding, and CVV number printing as per PayPak approved specifications. The cards should have 16K or 36KB EEPROM for EMV configurations and support Mifare compatibility. Delivery time is within 4 weeks from the order. The vendor must have a minimum daily card personalization capacity of 11,000 cards including packing. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years in business, turnover of at least PKR 30 million, valid NTN and GST registration, office in Karachi, valid manufacturing certificate, compliance with PayPak and EMV standards, ISO certification, and authorization from PayPak and 1Link. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must provide all required documentation including affidavits and manufacturer authorization.
