Tender Description
The Clerk of Courts to Senior Civil Judge Administration Mansehra is procuring a range of items including plant and machinery, IT equipment and hardware, stationery, and furniture for the Civil Courts in Mansehra. This procurement covers essential office and operational supplies such as water dispensers, 1.5 ton air conditioners, biometric machines, solar batteries, laptops, printers, scanners, roller kits, white legal size paper, printer and photocopy machine toners, presiding chairs, tables, revolving office chairs, computer tables, sofa sets, steel benches, and lawyers chairs.
Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and eligible to supply goods and services to government departments. The procurement requires submission of sealed bids with earnest money or bid security in the form of a 3% CDR. Bidders should be manufacturers or authorized dealers with at least three years of experience in manufacturing or supplying the listed items. Registration certificates for income tax and sales tax must be attached with the bid documents, and samples of items should be provided at the time of bid opening.
The tender process will be conducted through EPADS, with bids to be submitted to the office of the Clerk of Courts to Senior Civil Judge Administration Mansehra by 06-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All government taxes and deductions will be applied as per rules, and incomplete or late bids will not be accepted.
