Tender Description

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring Pneumatic Solenoid Valves (MOFH-3-1/8) Part # 7877, Series: H102. This procurement is part of the financial year 2025-26 plan and aims to enhance the operational capabilities of PSPC at its Malir Halt site. The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, integration, operational acceptance, training, documentation, and factory and site acceptance tests as per the technical specifications and BOQ. The supplier must be an authorized distributor or agent of the OEM, M/S. FESTO, or provide sufficient proof of sourcing from the authorized agent. The delivery schedule is within 30 days from contract award or mutual agreement, with a maximum of 6 weeks after PO issuance. Eligible bidders must be reputed manufacturers, contractors, or suppliers, registered with tax authorities, active taxpayers, and not blacklisted or under any declaration of ineligibility. They must comply with PSPC's Code of Conduct and HSE requirements, submit necessary undertakings, and ensure no involvement of current or former PSPC employees within the last 5 years. Earnest money of Rs. 12,000/- fixed is required as bid security, payable via pay order, demand draft, or unconditional bank guarantee enforceable in Pakistan.
