Supply of 200 KVA and 400 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformers at Hazara University Mansehra

Hazara University Mansehra Procurement Office invites sealed bids through EPADS from manufacturers registered with FBR for sales tax and active taxpayer list (NTN). The procurement is for supply of pole mounted distribution transformers under the project titled Uplifting of Academic and Infrastructure Facilities at Hazara University Mansehra. The transformers must comply with the latest Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) specifications including all amendments. The technical scope includes supply of six units of 200 KVA pole mounted transformers and one unit of 400 KVA pole mounted transformer, all three-phase with voltage ratio of 11/0.415 KVA, meeting A4 and A5 specifications. The transformers should be complete in all respects and suitable for installation at the university site in Mansehra. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category, be registered with FBR for sales tax, and be on the active taxpayer list (ATL). Experience in supplying transformers as per WAPDA standards is essential. Bidders must submit a tender fee of Rs 3,000 (non-refundable) and provide a bid security of 2% of the total quoted amount in the form of a Demand Draft or Call Deposit favoring the Treasurer, Hazara University Mansehra. The submission deadline is Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 14:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours in the conference hall of the administration block via EPADS. Original Demand Draft or Call Deposit for bid security and tender cost must be submitted before closing time.
