Supply of Polyamide and Polyurethane Protective Coating for Vertical Tanks

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi is procuring Polyamide and Polyurethane Protective Coating materials for vertical tanks numbered 2601 and 2605 located at Faqirabad Depot. The procurement includes supply of two-component high build epoxy primer mastic coating and two-component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane topcoat paint. These coatings are designed for steel surfaces with specific technical requirements such as minimum volume solids, flash points, dry and wet film thickness, and temperature resistance. The epoxy primer is grey in color and suitable for carbon steel surfaces prepared to St 2 or Sa 2 standards. The polyurethane topcoat is light sand shade with excellent UV and chemical resistance. Suppliers must provide genuine materials sourced from original manufacturers or authorized distributors with full technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and quality certifications. The supply and delivery will be to PSO Depot Karachi. The contract completion period is 25 calendar days from the issuance of the work order. All quoted prices must include taxes, duties, transportation, and delivery charges. PSO reserves the right to inspect and reject non-conforming materials. Bidders should be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in supplying industrial protective coatings. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PSO procurement rules.
