Tender Description
The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Sector F/3 Mirpur, invites sealed bids from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, and IT firms for the supply of printing equipment and consumables. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2017, and requires a single stage single envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Copy Printer (02 units)
- A3 Drum (02 units)
- Ink (200 units)
- Master Roll (20 units)
- Exchange Roller Kit (04 sets)
- Pressure Roller (04 units)
Detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Interested firms may obtain the bidding documents by submitting a written application in the name of the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with a payment proof of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) per set via AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice, or other bank mobile apps such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Mobile App, or HBL Konnect in favor of the Secretary, AJK BISE.
Bidders must deposit an earnest money amount of Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million) in the form of a CDR in the name of the Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur, issued by a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
Key terms include that no tender documents will be issued on the date of opening, blacklisted firms are not allowed to participate, prices must include all taxes, only CDR bid security deposits are accepted, firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and bids not fulfilling PPRA rules will be rejected.
Sealed bids must be delivered before 11:00 am on 03-09-2026, with bid opening at 12:30 pm the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The tender notice is also available on www.ajkppra.gov.pk and www.ajkbise.net.
