Supply of Printing Items: Answer Sheets and Envelops for Women University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Bagh

Women University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bagh, a public sector university, invites sealed bids from printing firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List for the supply of printing items i.e. Answer Sheets and Envelops. Items being procured: - Answer Sheets - Envelops The bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions is available on the university's website www.wuajk.edu.pk. Additionally, the bid document can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Director Finance, Women University of AJ&K, Bagh. The price of the bidding document is Rs. 3,000 payable via pay order or demand draft in favor of the Treasurer, Women University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bagh, which must be enclosed with the bid. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque in favor of the Treasurer, Women University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bagh. According to AJKPPRA Rule No. 36(a), a single-stage one-envelope procedure shall be followed. Blacklisted suppliers, authorized dealers, or bidders are prohibited from participation. All bidders must furnish an affidavit/certificate confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with any government anywhere in the territory of AJK, federally administered areas, or Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Bids must reach the office of the Deputy Director Finance, Women University of AJ&K, Bagh on or before November 11, 2026 at 02:00 P.M.
