Headquarters Special Communications Organization Qasim Road Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of various stores. Items being procured: - Printing of Telephone Bills - Tyres all Types - Tyres Tubeless - Tubes and Flappers all Types - Vehicle Batteries - Satellite Maintenance Spares - End User Accessories & Fiber - ODN & Joint Enclosure - Exchange End Devices Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Ordnance Branch of this Headquarters on any working day upon provision of a National Bank of Pakistan Draft amounting to Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) in favor of HQ SCO. The tender submissions must be accompanied by sealed brochures or samples and submitted by 1000 hours on the closing date. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1030 hours, followed by the financial bid opening in the presence of bidders' representatives after technical evaluation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time and may communicate the grounds for rejection upon request, though it is not obligated to justify them.
