Supply of Probe Ultrasound Convex Sonda Ultrasound Machine and X-Ray Tube

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of medical equipment. The procurement is governed by PPRA rules and aims to acquire high-quality ultrasound and X-ray equipment for military medical use in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Probe Ultrasound Convex Sonda Ultrasound Machine, Mylab 7, Crysta Line, Esaote Qty-2 - Probe Ultrasound Liner Waveguide, Ultrasound Machine Mylab 7, Crysta Line Esaote Qty-2 - X-Ray Tube Qty-5 The delivery period for all items is 4 to 6 months after signing of contracts. Interested firms must submit applications supported by photocopy of CNIC of MD, bank statement for last one year or financial capability letter of DGDP, NTN certificate, sales tax registration certificate, treasury challan of PKR 2000 for registered and unregistered firms payable to CMA (DP) Rawalpindi, source of supply or OEM certificate, registration letter with DGDP, and a certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government organization. Bidders must attach a bid security of 5% of the quoted value (maximum PKR 1.0 million) through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as earnest money. The technical offer, earnest money draft, and commercial offer must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked with the tender enquiry number. Tender documents can be collected until 28 September 2026, and bids must be submitted by 29 September 2026 at 0930 hrs. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 1000 hrs in the tender room of DGP (Army) Rawalpindi. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or change quantities. Alternative offers will not be accepted.
