Purchase of Miscellaneous Items and Services for Punjab Highway Patrol Rawalpindi Region

Punjab Highway Patrol Rawalpindi Region invites E-Bids for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes the following items: - Office Stationery with estimated amount Rs. 1,000,000 - Computer Stationery with estimated amount Rs. 1,000,000 - Purchase of Miscellaneous Store Items including road safety, sanitary, tent and tarpaulins, electronic, cleaning, sports, crockery items with estimated amount Rs. 2,000,000 - Purchase of Lubricant with estimated amount Rs. 6,000,000 - Hot & Cold (Coal & Ice purchase) with estimated amount Rs. 1,000,000 - Electronic Communications with estimated amount Rs. 1,000,000 - Purchase of Computer Hardware Parts with estimated amount Rs. 1,000,000 The scope covers supply of these items to Punjab Highway Patrol Rawalpindi Region, Rawalpindi city. Bidders must be registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process using the electronic procurement system under PPRA rules and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Technical bids must include all required documents such as technical samples or brochures for each item. Earnest money of 1% of the estimated cost is required as bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of the tender. Income and sales tax certificates must accompany the technical bids. The validity of bids will be until the close of the financial year on 30 June 2027. E-Bids will be opened on Thursday, 29 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The last date for E-Bid submission is 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-procurement portal. In case of technical issues with online submission, hard copies of sealed bids (technical and financial) may be submitted before the deadline in the office of the Superintendent of Police, Punjab Highway Patrol Rawalpindi Region.
