Supply of Professional Series Laptops for ITS, CUI, Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the supply of Professional Series Laptops specifically for the ITS department at its Lahore Campus. Items being procured: - Professional Laptops Intel Core Ultra 5 (Quantity: 4 units) The laptops must meet the following specifications: Brand HP, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent; Processor Intel Core Ultra 5 with 18MB L3 Cache and up to 4.50 GHz; 16GB DDR5 RAM at 5600 MT/s; 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD storage; 16-inch WUXGA (1920x1200) non-touch anti-glare display; Intel/Intel Arc Integrated Graphics; Wi-Fi 6E and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity; multiple ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-C, USB Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and RJ-45; 5MP camera; fingerprint reader; spill-resistant backlit keyboard; USB Type-C power adapter; 3-cell 56Wh Li-ion battery with fast charging; and a laptop bag. The operating system is not included. A local onsite warranty of 1 year is required. Bidders must be registered and authorized partners, distributors, or resellers with verifiable warranty coverage from the manufacturer. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). All bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The original bid security must be physically submitted to Comsats University Islamabad, Defence Road, Lahore before the deadline.
