Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as detailed in the tender documents. This procurement is for the supply of 15 specific pharmaceutical items to be delivered during the financial year 2027-28 (1st July 2027 to 30 June 2028). Items being procured:
- Betamethasone 0.001 Ointment Tube (40,000 units)
- Betamethasone Valerate Cream Tube (50,000 units)
- Clobetasol Propionate Ointment Tube (80,000 units)
- Emulsifying Wax (300 KG)
- Fucidic Acid + Hydrocortisone Cream (90,000 units)
- Glycerin (900 KG)
- Isoconazole Nitrate + Clotrimazole + Econozole Cream (80,000 units)
- Permethrin Tube 5% (50,000 units)
- Silver Sulphadiazine 50 GM Tube (13,000 units)
- White Soft Paraffin (5,000 KG)
- Alfacalcidol 0.5 MG Tablets/Capsules (150,000 units)
- Ascorbic Acid 500 MG Tablets/Capsules (200,000 units)
- Calcium Carbonate Non-Effervescent Tablets/Capsules (3,000,000 units)
- Vita-B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) Tablets/Capsules (150,000 units)
- Vitamin B Complex Ampoules/Vials (45,000 units)
The technical scope includes supply of brand new medicines conforming to the PVMS/NIV lists with minimum shelf life requirements and proper packaging. Delivery will be quarterly or as per supply orders. Inspection will be conducted by Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot at Karachi and Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid DGDP registration or willingness to register, Active Taxpayers List (ATL) registration with FBR, and compliance with technical and commercial bid requirements including earnest money submission.
