Procurement of Bulk Medicines, Vaccines, X-Ray Films, Surgical Disposables, Sutures, Dental Material, Dressing Material, Dialysis Material, Lab Chemicals/Kits and PPEs for Health Institutions of AJK Health Department

Sealed bids are invited by the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Health Department for procurement of Bulk Medicines, Vaccines, X-Ray Films, Surgical Disposables, Sutures, Dental Material, Dressing Material, Dialysis Material, Lab Chemicals/Kits and PPEs for health institutions and hospitals of AJK during the financial year 2026-27. The bids will be received up to 14.10.2026 at 11:00 A.M in the office of the Secretary Health, GoAJ&K Block No. 10, New Secretariat, Chatter, Muzaffarabad and will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured: - Bulk Medicines - Vaccines - X-Ray Films - Surgical Disposables - Sutures - Dental Material - Dressing Material - Dialysis Material - Lab Chemicals/Kits - PPEs The procurement follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure under AJK Public Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals clearly marked. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened. Authorized manufacturers, importers, distributors, and sole agents can participate according to the technical criteria in the bidding documents. A bid security of Rs 500,000 is required from each firm, payable to the Director General Health AJK Muzaffarabad. Cheques are not accepted. Bids remain valid until 30.06.2027. Bidding documents including specifications, quantities, terms and conditions can be obtained by authorized persons upon written application and payment of Rs 5,000 (non-refundable) in cash or bank draft from the Director General Health Office, New District Headquarter Complex, Room No.31, 1st Floor, Block F, Muzaffarabad until 13.10.2026 during office hours. All taxes and duties will be charged as per admissible rules. Bids must be submitted in tape binding, duly sealed, with proper page marking and signatures on all pages. Failure to comply will disqualify the bidder technically. Bidders must attach a bid data sheet and an index with complete page numbers at the beginning of the technical bid.
