Tender Description
This tender invites qualified manufacturers, distributors, and sole agents to supply advanced rack-mounted servers and laptops to Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) based in Karachi. The procurement falls under IT & Office Equipment, focusing on high-performance computing hardware to support critical operations.
The scope includes rack-mounted servers featuring Intel Xeon Scalable Processors (13th generation or equivalent) with dual CPUs, 256 GB DDR4/DDR5 ECC RAM, 16 TB enterprise SAS storage, RAID controllers, and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 licenses. Additionally, laptops with Core i7 14th & 15th generation processors, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB SSDs are required. These items must come with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty and on-site support, ensuring reliability and uptime for the department's IT infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The tender requires submission of technical bids including delivery details from the past five years and income tax statements for the same period. Compliance with government tax deduction rules and a 5% surety pay order for warranty are mandatory. This tender aligns with the department's procurement policies and FBR regulations for the fiscal year 2025-26.
