Supply of Raw Ration and Miscellaneous Food Items for Elite Police Training Centre Nowshera

Elite Police Training Center Nowshera invites sealed proposals to prequalify firms and suppliers for the procurement titled Supply of Raw Ration and Miscellaneous Food Items for the mess of Elite Police Training Centre (EPTC), Nowshera for the Financial Year 2026-27 under KPPRA Rule 31A (Framework Contract). This procurement will be conducted under Call-off Contract(s) awarded through the Framework Agreement with successful bidders after the prequalification process. Items being procured: - Raw Ration - Miscellaneous Food Items The scope includes supply of food items to the mess of Elite Police Training Centre, Nowshera, ensuring quality and timely delivery throughout the financial year 2026-27. Interested applicants must meet the prequalification criteria detailed in the bid solicitation documents available on the KP e-Procurement Portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Only prequalified applicants will be entitled to participate in the next procurement phase and sign Open Framework Agreement(s) with the Elite Police Training Centre. Applications along with proposals must be submitted as per the instructions in the prequalification documents on or before 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:15 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained. This notice is published in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
