Supply of Rescue, Winterized, Rainy Items and Tarpaulin by Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites bids from well-reputed contractors, dealers, firms, vendors, and general order suppliers for the supply of rescue, winterized, rainy items and tarpaulin. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Professional Tax authorities, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement will be conducted through e-tendering on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Chain Saw (100 units) - Snow Chain (pairs) (1,000 pairs) - Folding Shovel (1,000 units) - Heavy Duty Search Light (500 units) - Woolen Caps (1,000 units) - Winterize Gloves (Pairs) (1,000 pairs) - Sleeping Bags (1,000 units) - Rain Coats (2,500 units) - Waterproof Long Shoes (2,500 pairs) - Umbrella (2,000 units) - Waterproof Sheets (Tarpaulin) (2,500 units) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality rescue and winterized items suitable for disaster management operations, along with rainy items and tarpaulin. Delivery period for all items is 15 days. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended), and submit bids electronically by 30th October 2026 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. Earnest money and bid security amounts are specified for each lot. Samples of all items must be submitted at PDMA warehouse located near Jallo Park Lahore before the closing date. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Registration certificates for ITTN, PRA, and Sales Tax must be provided.
