Supply of Roller Washing Solution

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring a supply of Roller Washing Solution as per Tender # LP/T-2425/26/MK. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to acquire high-quality roller washing solutions such as Saphira Washing 562, Dyna G60, Detersif 60 DP, or Roto Wash 60 (PR 2119), with a total quantity of 1500 liters. The scope includes supply, installation, integration, operational acceptance, training, documentation, and factory and site acceptance tests as specified in the BOQ and technical specifications. Eligible bidders must be reputed manufacturers, contractors, or suppliers, registered with tax authorities and active taxpayers. They must not be blacklisted or under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices. Bidders and their deputed staff must comply with PSPC's Code of Conduct and HSE requirements, submitting the necessary undertakings. Experience certificates must be issued strictly in the name of the bidder. Bidders who have been deputed on PSPC assignments in the last five years are barred from participation for two years. The bidding follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, with a fixed earnest money of Rs. 23,500 in the form of pay order, demand draft, or unconditional bank guarantee enforceable in Pakistan.
