Tender Description
Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Karachi invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, distributors, and sale agents for the supply of Secondary Dry Batteries 100 AHC. This procurement is specifically for Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) based in Karachi.

The tender requires bidders to be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with FBR. Tender forms are available from the Signal Branch Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) from 17 July 2026 to 28 July 2026 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The tender fee is Rs 1,000 payable via pay order or bank draft in favor of Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh). Tenders must be submitted in the tender box by 29 July 2026 up to 12:00 noon. The opening of tenders will be on 29 July 2026 at 14:30 hours in the presence of authorized representatives.
The scope includes supply of high-quality secondary dry batteries suitable for operational use by Pakistan Rangers. Vendors must provide a 5% surety pay order for the warranty period. Delivery details for the last five years to other organizations must be attached with the technical bid along with the firm’s income tax statements for the last five years.
This tender is governed by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2004. Government taxes will be deducted as per prescribed roles. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and ATL status.
