Supply of Various Individual Items, Security Services, Janitorial Services, and Maintenance Service to Regional Tax Office-II Karachi

The Federal Board of Revenue, through its Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue) Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items, provision of security services, janitorial services, and maintenance services. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational needs of the Regional Tax Office-II located at Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. Items being procured: - Attendance Machine Face Reading/Thumb (1 Piece) - Shredder Machine (1 Piece) - Network Switch 24 Ports (1 Piece) - Network Switch 12 Ports (1 Piece) - Internal Network Cabling (IOS) (1 Piece) - Patch Panels (1 Piece) - Indoor/Outdoor Camera (1 Piece) - DVR (1 Piece) - Smoke Detector (1 Piece) - Projector View Sonic/Panasonic/Sony (1 Piece) The scope includes supply and maintenance of IT equipment, security systems, and janitorial services as per the detailed annexures attached to the tender document. Delivery and completion of items and services must be as per the schedule provided in the work order. All items are to be delivered to the Regional Tax Office-II premises. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 5% of the total bid value as Earnest Money in favor of Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office-II Karachi. Technical advice must be submitted in a separate envelope marked 'Technical Advise'. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked 'Confidential' to the office of the DDO, Regional Tax Office-II, Tax House-II, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi by 11:00 AM on 13-10-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status for Income Tax and Sales Tax, submission of company profile, tax registration certificates, and other relevant documents. The supplier is responsible for warranty and after-sales service as per the tender document. Samples of goods must accompany bids.
