Supply and Services for Annual Urs Celebrations at Various Shrines in Sindh

The Auqaf Department of the Government of Sindh, based in Hyderabad, invites bids electronically through EPADS for the procurement of goods, supply, and services related to the annual Urs celebrations at various shrines across Sindh. The procurement covers illumination, decoration, food arrangements, crockery, gifts, and other related services. Eligibility criteria require valid registration certificates with NTN, FBR, and SRB Sindh Revenue Board, bid security of 3% of total bid value, and a tender fee of Rs. 2000. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and have at least 5 years of experience with a minimum of 5 purchase orders and Rs. 3 million completed work with government or semi-government bodies. Average annual turnover for the last 3-5 years should not be less than Rs. 10 million. The tender documents are available on the SPPRA E-PADS portal and bids must be submitted electronically by 27th July 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the Head Office of the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh, Hyderabad.
