Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of the Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors to submit applications for pre-qualification for the supply of services of hoteling, boarding, and lodging for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - Supply of Services of Hoteling, Boarding & Lodging The scope includes providing comprehensive hoteling, boarding, and lodging services to Sports Board Punjab. Interested bidders must download the complete PQD (Pre-Qualification Document) in English free of cost from the PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. The complete EOI application must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM at the address mentioned below. Eligibility criteria include being a registered company/firm/sole proprietor with valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience in providing hoteling and boarding services.
