Supply of Staff Uniform including Stitching and Black Shoes

The National Fertilizer Corporation Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFC-IET) Multan invites sealed bids for the procurement of staff uniforms including stitching and black shoes for its staff in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Shalwar/Qamiz including stitching (214 suits) - Black shoes (107 pairs) The uniforms must be made from durable, comfortable, and breathable fabrics such as cotton, polyester, or blends, suitable for Pakistan's climate. The shalwar kameez will be tailored according to individual measurements and must include the NFCIET logo embroidered uniformly. The black shoes should feature puncture-resistant midsoles, slip-resistant outsoles, water resistance, and comfort features such as memory foam insoles. Brands like BATA or equivalent are acceptable. Samples of cloth and shoes must be provided along with the bid security at the Director Purchase Office. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities including FBR and have at least two years of relevant experience. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on October 28, 2026, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
