Supply of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items for Islamabad College for Girls

Islamabad College for Girls, I-8/4, Islamabad invites bids through online submission from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with income and sales tax departments and active tax payers list (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for various stationery and computer stationery items under PPRA rules 2004, amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Stationery/Computer Stationery The scope includes supply of quality stationery items strictly in accordance with specifications, samples, and requirements. All items must be delivered free of cost including fitting, carriage charges, octroi, and local taxes at Islamabad College for Girls, I-8/4, Islamabad. The supplier must ensure one-year guarantee on all items including onsite service. Defective items must be replaced at the supplier's own risk and cost for one year from the date of supply. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Income/Sales Tax Departments, active on ATL of FBR, and to submit attested photocopies of registration certificates and latest sales tax returns. A 5% bid security in original must be submitted by 02-11-2026 before tender opening. Tender bids will be opened on 02-11-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of firm representatives. The tender committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid reasons. Rates quoted shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 with no escalation allowed. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one week after tender opening.
