Tender Description
The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (TCP), operating under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, invites bids for the supply of stationery and conservancy items. This procurement is for a Closed Framework Agreement valid for one year at fixed, non-escalable rates. The scope includes a variety of stationery products and conservancy supplies essential for the daily operations of TCP offices.
Bidders must submit their bids using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, following the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order as specified in the bidding documents. The original Bid Security must be submitted by 15th July 2026 at 11:00 AM before the tender opening, or the bid will be declared non-responsive.
E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v1.0) at https://eprocure.gov.pk, www.ppra.gov.pk, and www.tcp.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v1.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by 15th July 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Eligible bidders include reputable firms, companies, or sole proprietors with no default history in contracts awarded by TCP or other government/semi-government organizations. Bidders must have fulfilled all contractual obligations with TCP or cleared dues and penalties before bid submission. Registration with FBR and ATL compliance is expected.
